Tai Koo Sugar Refining Company Limited.

I have ascertained that the above Company was

incorporated in this country and the Memorandum of Association

gives no power to sell water, land or property of any descrip-

tion. I propose to include the terms of the Memorandum in

the instructions to be sent to Counsel and will proceed as soon

as I hear from you as to the Counsel to be retained.
